He started Transline in 2001 with an idea of providing SaaS (Software as a service) to the transportation company thus launching first product of Transline on the service model. From a small beginning to an empire covering entire India today ,he has come a long way.
With his Master's degree in Marketing and diploma in IT, he is a true combination of that next generation of CEOs. He has brought Transline to the current level with his true dedication and hard work.

Mr. B.S.Saini is a true loyalist with his services since inception has been managing the entire admin & finance of the organisation. His vast experience of more than 20 years has helped Transline to reach this level of excellence.
His attitude, adaptation skills, modesty, understanding of people, organizational skills, personal and professional commitment and his astute knowledge in Finance & arranged funds, & also he has effectively managed business profitability.
He specializes in handling finance - internal audit and business analytics.

Having an overall work experience of 12+ years in and around IT industry, he has been a catalyst in making himself and his company a trusted advisor for various requirements of his clients.
Joined Transline Group in early 2005 in Business Development, witnessing the growth from 15 cr. to 125 cr. and building a brand of Transline Technologies among the govt. space is his some of the key achievements.
Being a Management graduate with dual specialization from Utkal University in Sales & Marketing and Information System, armed with many sales training and technical know-how, he usually quickly get aligned with his clients in order to achieve professional goals for the organization.Mr. Thakur has successfully managed diversified roles in sales in the organization and with his presence of mind; knowledge of industry trends and strategic marketing moves, accelerated the business growth for Transline. He had successfully shared the knowledge, implemented the experience gathered from his past in the same industry with Transline. Focus on big deals and customer orientated approach along with the self enhancement on the Technological front have been some of his key focus areas

Mr. Sharma is a seasoned IT strategist with more than 17 years of experience and more than 10 years of relation with Transline has rolled out pan India projects.
Since 1996, he is professionally engaged in the field of Information Technology and started actively utilizing the computer associated technologies i.e. from its very early stages. Worked in many different areas including homogeneous and heterogeneous network environments with knowledge of both Network and server operating systems. Conduct in-depth and high-level technical and application presentations for customers, partners, system integrators, and consultants.
